Our Wisewell model is now also available in a connected version, designed for direct integration with your water source.

The connected unit maintains the same size and features as the installation-free unit, offering the added benefit of seamless connection to your water source for enhanced ease of use.

Wisewell has a detachable tank made of BPA free plastic that holds 5L of water. You simply detach it and fill it up with water and then reattach it to the machine. The internal tank also holds 4.5L of water.

Wisewell aims to keep you informed about your water quality. Our purifier is fully technologically integrated and comes equipped with an application. You can check the quality of your water prior to  and post purification to be ensured of the quality of your water.

Wisewell has cold, ambient, and room temperature water.  You may have it with your coffee or tea or simply choose between cold and room temperature to hydrate however best suits your needs.

Yes! Wisewell’s Full Spectrum Filtration was designed to filter contaminants from any tap water.

Wisewell uses the following four steps for filtration:

Carbon Filter: Removes chlorine, particles such as sediment, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), taste and odor.

Reverse Osmosis Filter: Removes contaminants such as metal ions & aqueous salts including sodium, chloride, copper, chromium, and lead by using pressure to filter and flush them out. Extremely effective at eliminating ‘forever chemicals.

Mineral Filter: Adds healthy minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, and others found in many naturally sourced mineral waters.

UV lamp: Utilizes ultraviolet light to kill living organisms like viruses (including coronavirus/parasites), bacteria, and parasitic cysts.

The machine's typical output ranges between 20 – 50 ppm. Acceptable levels can go up to 150 ppm without issues. If the ppm exceeds 150, the app will alert the user that the water is not purified.

We use a Maifan stone to add minerals to your water, a type of rock that has been used for centuries in Asia to improve metabolism, circulation, and overall well-being.

The stone contains elements which contribute to great-tasting water, such as calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and selenium.

Because of the process that we use to add minerals to your water (running it through a filter with Maifan stone), it is impossible to pinpoint the exact quantity of minerals that will be in the final product.

This depends on the machine design and where the location is. Our already shipped and existing machines in UAE here are designed to operate at 220 Volts 50 Hz based on the standard voltage supply in this country.

If in the USA, then our shipped machines there are designed to operate at 110 Volt 60 Hz based on the standard voltage supply in that country.

All machines in the UAE cannot operate at 110 Volts.

The UV light does not have to light up all the time. This program of UV lamps is set each one hour since 99% of all users don't consume all internal fresh water tanks within 1 hour (where this quantity of water is already treated properly).

In addition, the UV lamp is the least important line of defense in the series of our filtration system, that is compared to the actual filters doing the work. The main filter doing the work is RO filter that has 0.0001-micron filter accuracy where it kills (Heavy metals, Uranium, Hormones, Chemicals, Bacteria, Viruses, Pesticides, and medicines). Also, on top of that, Carbon filter, Mineral filter that does not only add minerals but has carbon rod that reduces other harmful organic compounds, and prefilter in the external tank.

One factor concludes the safety of our water is the TDS shown in the app, where that value reveals the Total dissolved substances in water. In our technology, that displayed value is low due to the strong filtration system.
