The Nano is sleek and easy to use, The water tastes great and i can feel an overall improvement since switching from bottled water. An option to customize would be nice i would prefer have one large cold water tank, rather than the current Hot & Cold water tank setup.

We are so happy with our wisewell, very happy we found it and that it’s made by two entrepreneurs right here in the UAE. We used to have a Berkey filter for many years but when our filters got infested with ants we switched back to bottled water. We were very happy to discover the wisewell and happy that it provides an added layer of filtration through the reverse osmosis filter, and that it remineralises the water here which lacks minerals. We are very happy with our new wisewell and love the taste of the water, I hope everyone switches to the wisewell so that we can collectively reduce the amount of plastic we consume here and also to drink better water.

The whole process was seamless. Easy to install and everything is working really well. Great to be saving so much plastic. The only request would be to increase the size of the water container as it soon goes down.

Happy with our wise well choice the water tastes good and we’re saving a lot of plastic bottle use!

We preordered the Wisewell Nano+ as we thought it was one of the best solutions offered in the marketplace. Outside of the water functions, the choice of colour complemented by the easy filter renewal made it a no-brainer to go with Wisewell.

The installation of the machine was done well, and the guys were friendly and did a great job.

The machine itself lives up to our expectations, it provides ambient, cold and hot water on demand. The panel looks great from a design point of view, but it functions well too. You have to work out how to activate the buttons, but once you have, it is very easy.

We chose the green colour, and it looks great in our kitchen. Thank you, Wisewell customer service, for your great support during ordering and delivery thank you Wisewell for a great product.

I have not purchased any more bottled water since installing my Wisewell. The objective has been met.

We love the product!

Here are ways to further improve it:

1. It would be great if you can introduce tanks that can hold more water volume. It seems our Wisewell constanty requires refilling multiple times a day, which can get tedious, since we use the water for everything from drinking water to cooking water.

2. The cover for the excess water tray is difficult to remove with our bare hands. I need a towel to properly grip it to remove it because it's too slippery. Maybe redesign the tray cover somehow to make it easier to remove.

3. The product requires the app to control the volume of water that is dispensed, and the setting is a default setting for each time it is used. Maybe introduce an option on the product itself to customize the dispensed water volume so we can adjust based on what we're filling (whether it's a glass or a larger bottle or jug).
