Are filters replaceable? & How often do I need to change the filters for my Wisewell?
Yes, all filters are replaceable, and best of all, you don’t need a professional to come do it for you. We designed and built Wisewell with a seamless user experience in mind. Filters need to be replaced every 6 months.
If you're subscribed to Wisewell, if you subscribe to Wisewell, your filter changes are done for free.
On the other hand, if you own your Wisewell unit, there is a fee of AED 330 for each filter replacement under the filter subscription program.
How many liters of water does Wisewell purify?
Wisewell purifies a total of 9.5 L of water.
Does it need to be connected to a water source?
Our Wisewell model is now also available in a connected version, designed for direct integration with your water source.
The connected unit maintains the same size and features as the installation-free unit, offering the added benefit of seamless connection to your water source for enhanced ease of use.
If it’s not connected to a water source, how do you get the water?
Wisewell has a detachable tank made of BPA free plastic that holds 5L of water. You simply detach it and fill it up with water and then reattach it to the machine. The internal tank also holds 4.5L of water.
