Nano is a compact countertop unit ideal for 1–3 people. It has a refillable water tank and does not require a direct connection to a water source. Model 1 is a larger free-standing unit suited for 4 or more people and can operate with either a refillable tank or a direct water connection.

Yes, both machines require electricity. Nano does not need any plumbing. Model 1 can be used with an external tank (no plumbing) or connected to a water source with a plumbing kit—direct water and drainage connection— provided by Wisewell free of charge during installation.

Wisewell uses a four-stage process: carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, mineral enhancement, and UV sterilization. The result is clean, re-mineralized water that is safe for babies, pregnant women, and people with health conditions.

To ensure your Wisewell unit continues to perform at its best, filters should be replaced regularly, even if the unit is not used frequently. For the Nano, the carbon filters need to be replaced every 6 months, while the RO and mineral filters should be replaced every 12 months. For the Model 1, both the carbon and mineral filters should be replaced every 6 months, and the RO filter every 18 months.

Filter delivery and replacement are provided free of charge by the Wisewell team. Our team will also assist you with the cleaning process to make sure your unit stays in top condition and operates efficiently.

The subscription includes the machine, scheduled filter deliveries, technical support, and full warranty coverage. The machine remains the property of Wisewell during the subscription, but you may request to purchase it at a discount after completing the 2-year term.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please reach out to our customer service team to submit your request.

Your first month is free. If you cancel within 30 days, you’ll only be charged a pickup fee (AED 120). From Month 2 onwards, your subscription fee begins and regular cancellation terms apply.

Please note that cancellations cannot be processed if there are any unpaid subscription fees. All outstanding payments, along with the applicable cancellation and pickup fees, must be cleared before the cancellation can be completed.

Before the scheduled pickup, please make sure the unit is fully prepared with all its accessories, including the manual and the cleaning filters, depending on the model.

No. Your first month is free. Billing begins in Month 2. If you cancel within the first month, only a pickup fee applies.
